The on-screen error Details button will contain Line the bill number that failed. Using that bill number, search in the Parcels program for that specific List Number. Verify that the parcel is not receiving too much Exemptions and reduce the exemption amount if possible. Recalculate the Charge Code's Tax Amount afterwards on the Parcel.
