Description of Issue

Click Create in Image Cash Letter and the process never completes. 

An error occurred while creating the Credit Images



Context

Tyler Cashiering web version 2020.1+



Cause

No Image cash letter format is selected for the Deposit Account. This is a new setting in the web based version of Cashiering. 



Resolution

  1. Log into Cashiering with an administrator account

  2. Navigate to Administration > Image Cash Letter Formats and make sure a format has been added.

  3. Next, navigate to Administration > Deposit Accounts

  4. Click the pencil icon for the applicable deposit account

  5. Select the applicable image cash letter format from the dropdown

  6. Click Save
