Users unable to log into Okta User Store

Description of Issue

Users cannot log into EERP using the Okta Store

Cause

Subdomain mismatch

Resolution

1. Login to Admin Center as Org Admin

2. Click on Manage Users and search for user

3. Click on the affected user and a popup will mention there are issues with the profile

Some issues with this user have been automatically resolved. Missing Okta profile. User removed.

4. Have the user attempt login again
