General Billing Request Change of Address option not displaying on CSS when enabled

The option to allow General Bill Customers to request a change of address via CSS is enabled, but the Request Change of Address option is not appearing.

The correct path to access the Request Change of Address option is not being followed. 

1. Navigate to the appropriate CSS URL. 

   1. If the CSS setup requires login, then login with an account that has access to General Billing and General Billing Invoices. 

2. Depending on the CSS configuration, either link the CSS account to a General Billing Customer or search for a General Billing Invoice. 

3. Click Manage Bills. 

4. A new option should appear on the menu to the side, click this new option: Customer Information

5. The Request Change of Address option is available here.
