Records are duplicating in Crystal Report
Context
Crystal reports
SaaS, Tyler-hosted clients
OnPrem, Self-hosted clients
Cause
There are many reasons for duplicate values, including but not limited to joins between views, the data present in views and the way views are designed.
Resolution
In Crystal Reports application, click Database in the top menu and make select Select Distinct Records has a check mark to the left of it
Refresh the data to re-run the report.
