Description of Issue
Execute field displays in Project Budget Import when Enable Scheduling Dialog is unchecked in the scheduler properties
Field displays a blank dropdown
Unable to tab past the field so cannot complete the import, receive error:
'Execute' is a required field. Please select a value from the drop down list

Cause
Resolution
The work ticket MUN-413860 is currently open with Development to address this issue.
The current workaround for this issue is to enable scheduling dialog
- Go to System Administration > Scheduler Administration > Scheduler queue
- Click on the word Scheduler at the top
- Click on Properties
- Check off the Enable scheduling dialog box
- Click Accept
