User cannot see forwarded time entry in ESS


Description of Issue

Supervisor unable to see forwarded time in ESS Time Entry

Resolution
  1. Confirm the supervisor has an active User Attributes record in Munis
    1. (Munis → System Administration → Security → User Attributes)
  2. Ensure the user has the workflow approver permission defined under the tab workflow detail
    1. (MSS → Administration → User Administration)
  3. Confirm the user has been setup in the program ESS Additional Supervisor
    1. (Munis → Human Resources/Payroll → Payroll Setup → Time Entry Setup → ESS Additional Supervisors)
  4. In ESS ensure the Munis User ID is associated with the supervisor profile
  5. Verify the supervisor profile has at least names level 1
