User cannot see forwarded time entry in ESS
Description of Issue
Supervisor unable to see forwarded time in ESS Time Entry
Context

Resolution
- Confirm the supervisor has an active User Attributes record in Munis
- (Munis → System Administration → Security → User Attributes)
- Ensure the user has the workflow approver permission defined under the tab workflow detail
- (MSS → Administration → User Administration)
- Confirm the user has been setup in the program ESS Additional Supervisor
- (Munis → Human Resources/Payroll → Payroll Setup → Time Entry Setup → ESS Additional Supervisors)
- In ESS ensure the Munis User ID is associated with the supervisor profile
- Verify the supervisor profile has at least names level 1
