Description of Issue

Submitting the Communication Test files to the IRS AIR System during Year End 2023 came back as rejected with the error below:

[TPE1106] The manifest file does not match our current schema. In particular, our system has detected a potential issue with the following element(s): {"urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty23":FormTypeCd}. Please review the published schemas located here, correct any issues, and try again.

Software IDs are missing for 2023

This has been addressed by development under the work tickets and Tyler Deploy versions below:
