Description of Issue

User receives the error Execute insert_wmasteqp failed when attempting to run an Asset Import/Update

Context

Cause

Defect occurs when using a custom template that doesn't include certain equipment-related fields

Resolution

Install the appropriate Tyler Deploy release for your version once it's available:

  • 2021.11.0.0 - MUN-496542

  • 2021.12.0.0 - MUN-496543

  • 2024.1.0.0 - MUN-496544

  • 2024.2.0.0 - MUN-496545
