Permissions to approve Pending W-4 Requests

The Approve button is missing from the Pending W-4 Requests program.

Category Access for Employee Deductions is set to Inquiry Only under the Employee Master tab.

1. Navigate to the Roles program ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles

2. Click Search in the tool bar

3. Search on the Role associated with the user

4. Click on the HR Management / Payroll Folder

5. Click on the Category Access tab

6. Locate the Employee Deductions category

7. Ensure that Update/Delete is selected under the Employee Master tab for Employee Deductions
