Description of Issue
  • Cannot see Job Opening in Employment Opportunities
  • Job Opening not visible in ESS Employment Opportunities  
Context

  • Employee Self Service (ESS)

Cause
  • The Job Opening record is lacking an End Date, which prevents it from showing in ESS
  • The Job Opening is Workflow Status X - In Progress or N - Not Released, if utilizing ATN workflow
  • The Job Opening is set to Post - Not Posted
Resolution
  • Add an End Date to the Job Opening record in question
  • Confirm record is Workflow Status Y - Approved if utilizing ATN workflow
  • Make sure the Job Opening is set to Post - Internal or Internal/External
