Munis getDocumentCount error message
Error when opening certain records in receipts or receipt inquiry
Tyler Content Manager Server Connection Warning
getDocumentCount throws: tyler.empire.seaarch.Search Exception: Unable to search
- Munis
- Tyler Content Manager
- Receipts
In certain scenarios that not all of the 4 TC/Tyler Cashiering doc types are installed in TCM. When Munis users have effective rights to those doc types and they do not exist Munis will generate this message: Tyler Content Manager Server Connection Warning getDocumentCount throws: tyler.empire.seaarch.Search Exception: Unable to search. It does not stop the user from accessing the Munis record or other mappings. Essentially it’s indicating that TCM is missing some doc types that Munis has mappings to search over and Munis is reporting those missing.
- To resolve the message TCM needs to be patched and both Munis and TC should be included in that patch.Â
- Please contact TSM support to assist with the TCM Patching.
