Description of Issue

Context

Cause

This issue occurs when a users associate role(s) do not have a General Ledger permission to post outside of their permitted range. 

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Administration>Security>User Attributes>Search for the user in question and click Accept.
  2. Single click and highlight the role that contains General Ledger permissions to be updated.
  3. Click Update below this window.
  4. Click General Ledger.
  5. Update Allow transactions in periods beyond the default to the number of periods the user would need to post to from the current date.
  6. Click Accept
  7. User(s) should log out of Munis and back in for the changes to complete.
