Description of Issue

Recurring Invoices not completing

Create Invoices partially creating and crashing

Context
  • Munis
  • Recurring Invoices
Cause

In this scenario Munis will get hung up and will crash when generating Recurring Invoices and will result in partially creating the records in Invoice Entry and Proof. This is due to some recurring proof tables stuck in the database. 

Resolution
  1. The user will need to locate and delete any partially created General Billing Invoice Entry and Proof batches.
  2. Reach out to Munis General Billing & Misc Cash Support for assistance.
