Description of Issue
  • When users go through Open Enrollment and add or adjust their dependent, the dependent is duplicating multiple times

Cause
  • This is a known bug specific to Munis version 11.3 Service Pack 22
Resolution
  • Please install work ticket MUN-391830 once published
Additional Information
  • This will be released as a priority 1 (critical) hotfix for Service Pack 22 and will require the specific work ticket to be installed once published
