LA-4 Reports are off

This problem is most often caused by an Assessing LA-4 that was taken either before or after the Assessing file was created. The two things cannot have a time lapse between them. If the file is created today and the LA-4 is created tomorrow, all of the changes made to the assessing system today will be reflected in the LA-4 but not in the file. Redoing both things resolves about 90% of the cases we field on the LA-4 being off.

1. The first and most important step in resolution is always to go back to assessing and grab a new file and a new, matching LA-4.
2. Once this has been completed, please again compare the results.
