Description of Issue
  • Does Munis automatically send email verification for Benefits Enrollment?

  • Email
Cause
  • Munis does not automatically send an email for any forms of Benefits Enrollment
  • Email can be manually sent using the Email Notification option in the program Employee Benefits Enrollment
Resolution
  1. Navigate to the program Employee Benefits Enrollment
  2. Select Email Notification in the toolbar
  3. Define the fields on the page to form your selection criteria
    1. Note: The option can only send the elections of users in Approved or Posted status
