Employee Evaluation records do not have an acceptable status based on workflow business rule configuration.

• Employee Evaluations have two sets of statuses
  • Workflow Statues are H, N, R, X, Y, and Z
  • Non-Workflow Statuses are C and P
• If a workflow business rule process code PMR exists, then the workflow statuses are used
• If no PMR rule exists, the non-workflow statuses are used
