This issue can happen when a site is setting up the MTD or Month to Date Hub Card when the user has Limited Data Access to Accounts Receivable Codes. When it is first setup, a user may see more AR codes then they have access to defined in Munis User Attributes. This is a browser Cache Issue and can be resolved by clearing the cache in the web browser used to access Munis.
