Description of Issue

Cannot access abatement entry

Cause

A role based printer needs to be assigned as abatement entry assumes the user will be printing reports or certificates.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Administration>Security>User Attributes
  2. Click Search
  3. In the User ID field enter the users ID
  4. Click Accept
  5. Click Attributes tab in the center of the screen
  6. Click Update in the lower section 
  7. Scroll down to Revenue Systems, Tax, Single bill printer
  8. Click into the Value field and select a printer from the ellipse button
  9. Click Accept
  10. Try launching abatement entry again and the error should clear

A system administrator will need to make this change.
