Description of Issue

Can I close the year with open AR invoices?



Context

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Month End Manager



Cause

The unposted transactions are preventing the year from closing,



Resolution

AR Receipts can be posted from General Revenues >  Payment Processing > Payments Journal



Additional Information

There can be unposted transactions for years that are not being closed but all transactions for the year being closed must be posted.
