Description of Issue

Receive missing items error when attempting to award to a vendor in Bid Awarding phase



Context

Bid Management



Cause

Occurs when attempting to award all items to a single vendor, who did not bid on all items



Resolution
  1. Navigate to the bid in Bid Central (Enterprise ERP > Financials > Purchasing > Bid Management > Bid Central)

  2. Go to the Bid Awarding tab

  3. Click Item View

  4. Click Award, then Item Award, and OK

  5. Click Save

  6. Click Release
