Description of Issue
A dependent is missing from Employee Self-Service under Personal Information in the Dependents section.

Cause
The Dependent did not have a record in the Employee Dependents program that was not tied to a deduction.
Resolution
Navigate to the Employee Dependents program EERP>HCM>Human Resources>Benefits Administration>Employee Dependents
Click Add in the tool bar
Enter Employee information
Enter Dependent information. Leave the Deduction field blank.
Click Accept
