ESS is not showing all Dependents

Description of Issue

A dependent is missing from Employee Self-Service under Personal Information in the Dependents section. 

Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • EERP

  • Employee Self-Service

  • ESS

Cause

The Dependent did not have a record in the Employee Dependents program that was not tied to a deduction. 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Employee Dependents program EERP>HCM>Human Resources>Benefits Administration>Employee Dependents

  2. Click Add in the tool bar

  3. Enter Employee information

  4. Enter Dependent information. Leave the Deduction field blank. 

  5. Click Accept
