Description of Issue
Organization Codes are assigned 'None' on the Calculate Available Budget field in Munis. This is preventing Budget Rollup Codes from being used. Need a Mass Update to 'Account'

Cause
Budget Calculation Code is set to 'None' on the Organization Codes in Munis. In order to use Budget Rollups, these need to be set to 'Account'.
