How do I tell if Template is Standard or Custom?

Cause
Resolution
- Login to Tyler Hub
- Go to Tyler Menu > Forms > Enterprise Forms
- Click on template group on the left hand side of the screen. (Example: Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable Check).
- Click on the template located in the middle of the screen
- To the right of the template name, it will have a lock if it's a custom form. If there is no lock, then it is a standard form.
Additional Information
If the Standard Template options do not have all desired configuration options, a Custom Template may be requested from Forms Design via a Request for Service: Request for Service ReadyForms Custom Template
