Employees missing from Pay Band increase-Mass Salary Change

Description of Issue

While running a Pay Band increase, only two employees are pulling in to the proof, but there should be closer to 400. 

Context

Cause

The Group/BU and grade associated with the employees have a table that is not marked as Pay Band. Tables will need to be deleted and re-added to get the Pay Band box checked. 

Resolution

Recommended to try in test/train first:

  1. Navigate to Payroll>Human Resources>Position Control and Budgeting>Salary Tables.

  2. Search for the Group/BU, Grade and Effective Date of newly created Pay Band table. 

  3. Take note of the values.

  4. Click Delete. Click Yes to Are you sure you want to delete this record from the database?

  5. Click Add.

  6. Enter Effective Date, Group/BU and Grade. 

  7. Check Pay Band box.

  8. Enter any other information needed.

  9. Click Accept

  10. Return to Pay Band Increase program and process the increase again.
