Description of Issue

  • User is getting an error in Project Revenue Allocation program: Enter projects, use ":" if processing a range of projects.

  • User enters ":" between project numbers in the Project field and is unable to proceed after clicking Accept.

System message is not clear- it prompts user to enter ":" rather than only :



Resolution

  • : needs to be used without quotation marks around it. 

  • Use Tab key to move to the next field
