Description of Issue

Receiving an error immediately after defining the County Property Payments program.

  • Unable to obtain a batch number.

  • BatchEngine.getNextBatchNumber failed to retrieve a valid batch number.

Resolution

This has been resolved in 2019.1 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
