The report can be built with Next Year amounts by updating the line or adding a new line
Financials>General Ledger Menu>Inquiries and Reports> General Ledger Report Templates>Report Templates
Click Search
Find code using field help (…) and select Accept
Click Accept
Select Update
In Column Definitions, update fiscal year to next fiscal year or tab through and add new line with next fiscal year.
Click Accept
