Description of Issue

  • User is running a General Ledger Report Template 

  • Report year must be between 1998 and 2022

  • User wants to run this report for next Fiscal Year

  • Site has not closed out previous Fiscal Year

Cause

Functionality of report only allows it to run for current and previous fiscal years. Next Year column must be defined.

Resolution

The report can be built with Next Year amounts by updating the line or adding a new line

Financials>General Ledger Menu>Inquiries and Reports> General Ledger Report Templates>Report Templates

  1. Click Search

  2. Find code using field help (…) and select Accept

  3. Click Accept

  4. Select Update

  5. In Column Definitions, update fiscal year to next fiscal year or tab through and add new line with next fiscal year.

  6. Click Accept
