Update the Default Rate in Employee Accruals

Description of Issue
  • How can I change the amount the employees earn for an accrual?
  • Changing the amount of the accrual rate for one department 
Context

Cause

Adjustments to the Default Rate are made in the Accrual Tables

Resolution
  1. Access Accrual Tables (Payroll > Accrual Processing > Accrual Tables)
  2. Search for the table
  3. Click Update
  4. Hit the TAB key through the Limit, End of Year, Settings and Options Tabs, then it will bring you into the Service Levels tab to make adjustments
  5. Update the Amount column
  6. Click Accept
