Hub Approvals - Workflow error message - User is not set to use Tyler Hub or Workflow Assistant to receive pending actions

User selects Hub Approvals tile and encounters message:

Workflow Message

[Wfusrxml] The user XXXX - XXXX XXXX is not set to use Tyler Hub or Workflow Assistant to receive pending actions. Contact your workflow administrator.

User has workflow delivery method set to Email.

1. Navigate to the program User Attributes.
   
   • Menu > System Administration > Security > User Attributes
     
2. Click Search by User ID field.
3. Select Update.
4. Select Workflow Delivery field drop down and select Tyler Hub, Workflow Assistant or All.
   1. If selecting Workflow Assistant or All, you must create a 6-character password. The password is only used in Workflow Assistant.  
5. Select Accept.
