- In the Confirm Purge pop-up window, click Yes, Purge
Manual Delete or Archive Option within the server and Munis Administration
- Locate the files on the server usually located on the main drive \musys\spool_Prod or \musys\spool_LiveÂ
- The specific files needing to be removed or archived generally have a program name mentioned in the error message (usually an 8-letter string) followed by an asterisk and click Accept
- Ex: Â rfreport*
- To Archive the files
- Create a new folder as an archive location
- Select all the applicable files for the program name above
- Right-click and select Move to move the files to this new site-named folder
