Description of Issue
ExecuTime services or TWF services disabled.

- Services
- ExecuTime
- ET
- Tylerworkflow
- TWF
Cause
May have disabled service for testing
Resolution
- Remote into a ExecuTime server
- Go to Services
- Right click instance that is disabled
- Click Properties
- Click Startup type
- Click Automatic
- Click Apply
- Click OK
