Description of Issue

Work orders created from Field Work are missing values in the Request received on field found in Work Order Management

Cause


Resolution

Install MUN-418614 for 2019.1.22.2053

Workaround:  Create work orders in Work Order Management, or update the Request received on field if the work order was already created from Field Work
