Cause
Expense code on template did not have checkbox enabled for Include informational expense amount in total
Resolution
- In Expense Claim Templates program, pull up claim template and click Expenses
- Scroll through expense codes to find the Informational expense to see if the checkbox for Include informational expense amount in total is selected
- The checkbox cannot currently be updated. Refer to Allow update of Include informational expense amount in total setting on templates when no unapproved claims exist for more information
