Tracking Days Worked by Job for GA TRS Service Credit

How do you set Munis up to track days worked so GA TRS Service Credit will Generate correctly?

Resolution

To track days worked in the Days Worked by Job program:

  1. The Days Worked flag on the Job Class Master record must be check-marked for each applicable Job Class Code
  2. The Increase Days Worked In the Payroll field on the Generate Defaults screen must be check-marked for each Payroll Run Control Code.  To confirm:
    1. Open Payroll Control Settings.
    2. Select Cancel to exit the browse list.
    3. Select Run Control.
    4. Select Generate Defaults.
    5. The Increase Days Worked in the Payroll field should be check marked.  Update if necessary. 
    6. Select Back to return to the Run Control screen.
    7. Select the Right Arrow button to display the next record.
    8. Repeat steps d through g until you've confirmed the field for all Payroll Run Control Codes.
