Description of Issue

A user needs access to an SFTP login for Tyler-hosted servers

Context

Cause

A user needs to be granted access to SFTP for documents on Tyler-hosted servers.

Resolution

If the user does not have a Cloud Admin account created already follow the steps in this article to create the Cloud Admin account: How to Create A New Cloud Admin Account

  1. Log in to Cloud Admin

    1. For Datacenter: https://muniscloud.tylertech.com

    2. For AWS: https://muniscloud.tylerhost.net

  2. Click the User Account Management dropdown

    1. Click Manage User Accounts

  3. Select the user that needs access

  4. Click the Group Management box (it should already have DL Group added to it)

    1. Select SFTP Group

      1. the user should automatically update

Additional Information

If you have more than one sFTP group already created due to security restrictions please reach out to the TSM SaaS Support team via the Support Portal for assistance in assigning the user to the correct sFTP group.
