Unable to PDF or Display one batch in Time Entry

When in Time Entry trying to view the PDF or Display a certain batch nothing happens and the report does not pop up. The report displays for all other batches.

Time Entry Batch does not load after choosing report options.

• Time Entry

The Time Entry batch had no hours or pay amounts for any of the employees so there was no data to show in a report. 

Once hours/amounts have been added to the employee pay records within the batch, then the PDF or Display options will work. 

To preview the batch to verify there are no hours or amounts:

1. From within Time Entry, click Search and define the applicable batch number. Click Accept.

2. Click Scan Detail in the toolbar. 

3. Scroll over to the Quantity and Amount columns to verify they are all 0.00.
