Document count does not update in Request Management when attachments added from Portal
Description of Issue
When requests with attachments are submitted from the Portal, the attachments are displayed in Attachments & KB docs (Request Management > Attachments & KB docs), but the counter does not update to reflect the actual number
This only occurs on submissions from the Service Request Access PortalÂ

Workaround: No work around is necessary as attachments are still added to the request
