Financial Auditor Permissions for Munis Financials

Financial Auditor needs Munis access to review with Read Only permissions to all accounts.

The steps below are reviewed with greater in the procedure document above. 

1. Add User ID to Active Directory in the munisusers group

2. Add User ID to User Attributes in Munis
3. Add Auditor Role
4. Add data access permissions to Auditor role
5. Review/modify Munis menu access

6. Add Role to Munis User

• Site may request additional access if Auditor needs dictate it.
• Module access is required to open a Munis program within a module.
• Support cannot make changes in Live database
• Site Munis Admin must make the changes unless Munis Admin makes direct request to Support for one-on-one assistance.
