System Log - Provide access without Delete option

Is there a way to restrict delete system logs if user has access to program?

• System Log

• Delete

• Password protected

Site does not want to risk users deleting system logs but may need access to investigate errors as they occur

Delete is protected by a pop up of Restricted Action (Type 1) password which sites do not have access to
