Find an Abatement Number

An abatement number is needed to locate an abatement record.

An abatement number is needed for querying or processing purposes in other programs. 

1. Navigate to Adjustment Inquiry either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Inquiry > Adjustment Inquiry

2. Click Search in the top ribbon.

3. Enter the Category, Year, and Bill Number that received the abatement. 

4. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to locate the desired abatement if multiple records return.

5. Once the desired abatement is selected, the Abatement Number can be found in the third set of information beneath the Reason Code. 

• Adjustment Inquiry displays information for all adjustment types and is not limited to abatements.

• When displaying information for an abatement, the record should say Adj type: ABATEMENT next to the AR Category at the top of the window.
