Description of Issue

Within the Bill Adjustment Program, after clicking 'Release/Post' the error Unexpected number of rows updated appears

Cause

Bill Adjustments is attempting to update assessment data for non assessment bills.

Resolution

Install MUN-490614 or work ticket related to EERP version once available.
