Description of Issue

After configuring Tyler Cashiering as an external system in Tyler Hub, the menu loads with the error: User not authorized to load this menu

Cause

Tyler Cashiering was not deployed with TID-E enabled.

Resolution

Create a case with TSM SaaS for resolution.
