Description of Issue
The production environment needs to be backed up using the Cloud Admin utility.

Cause
The production environment needs to be backed up.
Resolution
- Navigate to Cloud admin via muniscloud.tylertech.com in your web browser.
- Enter valid Munis credentials to log into Cloud Admin.
- Navigate to System Management Tools > Environment Management
- On the production environment click the blue backup button.
- Check the checkbox to create the backup and select Start Database Backup.
