AR GL Reconciliation Report Details Not Opening

Description of Issue

  • When utilizing the AR/GL Reconciliation report, the detailed breakdown is not opening

  • LEFT CLICKING the details yields a blank white screen.

  • CTRL + CLICKING on the details yields no response.

Context

  • Accounts Receivable

  • General Ledger

  • Reconciliation Reports (arssrsrl)

  • SSRS

Cause

The expression used to launch the details sub-report is not being evaluated correctly.

Resolution

This is a known issue, please reach out to EERP Revenue support team by creating a ticket through online support portal.
