Upgrade and Migration to Enterprise Forms
Description of Issue
I am planning an upgrade from Version 11.3 and using Adobe (or DocOrigin). Is the migration to Tyler Enterprise Forms required as part of the upgrade to a General Availability release?

Cause
Client is poised to upgrade from Version 11.3 and is using Adobe or DocOrigin. Is the migration to Tyler Enterprise Forms required?
Resolution
- Clients using Adobe for forms must migrate to Tyler Enterprise Forms in conjunction with an upgrade from Version 11.3
- Review a video on this migration by visiting Tyler Community > Upgrade Resource Center > Phase I > Enterprise Forms Migration
Additional Information
- Clients using DocOrigin are not required to migrate at time of upgrade, but it is strongly recommended that a plan be created for the migration and if possible, do the migration at time of upgrade.
