Description of Issue
We are building an import to the Employee 1095-C records, is Record ID necessary to import the Employee 1095 records?

Informational.
Resolution
The Record ID value is not required to be able to successfully import Employee 1095 records.
You will want to keep the header for Record ID but leave the column blank so the software recognizes the column is blank.
