Description of Issue

When running YTD Budget Report including detail, journals are listed for the account but YTD Actual column showing 0.00

Cause

The Year/Period under print options is not included in the to/from Year/Period for Print Journal Detail

Resolution

Update the Year/Period so that it is included in the range for Print Journal Detail
