Add Role to Munis User

Munis user needs a role added to User ID

• Roles & Permissions
• Security 
• User Administration

• User ID has no role assigned in User Attributes
• Unable to perform action in Munis
• User is limited by another role but that limited role cannot be modified due to other users assigned

To add an existing Role to an existing UserId in Munis:

1. Tyler Menu > Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes
2. Select Search/Find
3. User ID
4. Accept
5. Add bottom left of screen for roles, not the add for new user.
6. Role Name
7. Accept
